Cancellation & Refund Policy

The product delivered to you should be thoroughly inspected for any breakage/ damage at the time of delivery. If found non-satisfactory the delivery of the product should not be accepted. The customer has the right to return the product at the same time if found damaged or broken.


However, if for some reason the customer/ user decides to cancel the order he/she can still be return it within 10 calendar days of your purchase and delivery, in order to be eligible for cancellation and refund. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. The original packaging of the product should be intact.


After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund, if deemed appropriate. The money will be refunded, after deduction of shipping cost,  to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.


If the product or packaging is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 10 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
